The service to purchase the body, remove drivetrain & remove / modify non FMVSS / DOT items and container freight is $8000 USD FOB Japan.
You will need to contact us to get a quotation for your specific project and then pay by bank EFT

EPA certified drivetrain / DOT / FMVSS approved parts from USA and labor to build the vehicle with these items.
*You will need to purchase a junked donor vehicle that would have all the parts and when reconstructed with the body we sell you, does not resemble the original make of the vehicle that was dismantled. This is the DMV’s definition of a special construction vehicle which is the type of registration you will be doing.

To make your build easier it is important to do the research on which USA vehicle is equipped with a similar drivetrain / components available in the USA (match part numbers)
If you have the knowlege and technical skill to retrofit any engine into any chassis thats ok but you need to decide how much effort you want to apply to the special construction.

*Do NOT ask us to import non compliant items into the USA - It is against the law & we simply wont do it.  You can NEVER reunite a JDM drivetrain with the body.
That combination is considered a motor vehicle under the Clean Air Act. Any attempt to use this policy to circumvent the Clean Air Act or the Imports regulations will be considered a violation of Customs Importation regulations & Clean Air Act and will be strictly enforced.
*Remember that special construction vehicles are built for private use, not for resale.
